The longest running and most prestigious global design awards program, GOOD DESIGN™, has named Invacare’s Dolomite Jazz rollator in its 2013 winners list. Beating several thousand other product submissions, the rollator was chosen by a jury of distinguished design professionals seeking the finest quality design. 
 
Focusing on the ability to stand the test of time, strong public identity and design excellence, this award is highly sought after and recognized throughout the world.  Having already been awarded the ‘red dot design award’, the team behind Invacare’s Dolomite Jazz were delighted to scoop this second major design award in such short succession.
 
With roots in Chicago, the GOOD DESIGN™ award program is currently in its 65^th year and features esteemed names such as Edgar Kaufmann, Jr; Charles and Ray Eames and Russel Wright. As a result of winning the award, Invacare’s Dolomite Jazz is now part of the ‘Permanent Design Collection of The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design’, and has also been published in the GOOD DESIGN™ Yearbook for 2013-2014.
