Invacare is excited to announce the launch of our very own innovative connectivity technology Zeta, that enables our latest Orion and Comet scooters to become connected scooters. This optional connectivity feature provides confidence and promotes independence for the user and gives retailers smart insights into the performance of their fleet, all at the touch of a button.
By simply downloading our new easy-to-use InvaHome app users can remotely carry out a health check of their connected scooter, looking at battery status, share their location or request help wherever needed.
Zeta connectivity not only puts users in control but also links Invacare connected scooters to a retailer dashboard. Providing a real-time status of charging behaviour, GPS locator and timely maintenance visibility.
Commenting at the launch of Invacare’s first-ever connected scooters, Mark Monteiro Head of New Business Development EMEA said; “The era of connectivity is upon us and every day we become more digitally savvy. This is why it is so important that we develop these forward-thinking technologies, that enable our products to become connected and help our customers live an independent lifestyle.
We know that now more than ever it can be difficult to socially connect but having a connected scooter can help alleviate that and helps the user and the retailer to stay in control with easy management. We are very excited to see our customers benefiting from their connected scooters.”
